A very attractive young woman and her grandmother 

went to  a General Practitioner. 

We came for an exam, said the young woman.  

All right, said the doctor. Go behind those curtains and take all your clothes off and I'll be with you in a second.

As matter of fact, it was my grandma who came for the exam and not me. 

Well, the doctor said, ...turning to the old lady he continued... 

Madam, stick your tongue out, please.
