LOUCO

Ao ver a imagem acima, você certamente saberá que, em inglês, isto aí é...

NUTS

Nuts = nozes

Mas você sabia que esta palavrinha assume outras traduções super legais e BASTANTE usadas em inglês?

Vamos as mais comuns que você tem que saber?

to be nuts (to) = estar/ser bobo, tolo, esquisito (*louco)

You must be nuts to climb mountains in the winter.

to be nust about/over something / someone = estar muito entusiasmado (*louco) com alguma coisa ou por alguém

She is nuts about dogs.

I am nuts over Angelina Jolie! (*that's true!)

to go nuts = ir a loucura

My sister will go nuts when she finds out I've wrecked her car.

do your nut = ficar muito bravo, nervoso

John will do his nut when he discovers that you've lied to him

I hope you like these expressions!
